Before a rental is accepted
- Equipment and dates must be confirmed by Kireon in writing.
- A deposit, valid government-issued ID, electronic payment and signed rental agreement are required.
- Rental delivery is not included in published tower pricing and is quoted separately.
- The renter must provide accurate job, address and contact information.
Equipment-only transaction
Kireon provides equipment rental only. Kireon does not install, erect, assemble, dismantle, design, engineer, inspect or supervise scaffolding and does not provide competent-person services, safety training or jobsite safety management.
Use and care
The renter is responsible for authorized, lawful use; manufacturer instructions; applicable regulations; jobsite conditions; security; and return in the required condition. This rolling tower is intended only for a firm, flat and level surface and must not be used on slopes, stairs, uneven ground, soft soil or unstable surfaces.
Extensions and return
Extensions require advance contact, payment and written confirmation and depend on availability. Equipment must be returned as stated in the rental agreement. Late, missing, damaged, excessively dirty or stolen equipment may result in charges under the signed agreement.
Controlling documents
The final written quote, equipment list, delivery or pickup documentation and signed rental agreement control the transaction. Website content and this summary do not create a reservation or rental contract.
